I am going to try to set a few goals each month. This is my first time trying this out so I hope it helps! Here are my three goals for February:
1. Spend some time each day journaling so that I can take more responsibility for my health and commitment to lifestyle change.
2. Get 10,000 steps in daily.
3. Weight Goal - 150. I currently weigh 157 so this may be a bit of a challenge for my weight goal, but, I will shoot for it and see how close I can get. 😊
