Day 1 Chalean Extreme T25 Hybrid

Got in a really good workout I have actually missed lifting weights. Absolutely love how T25 is on 25 minutes. Almost at my step goal for the day pretty sure I will get it done before midnight. Wish me luck tomorrow is weigh day for one of my diet bets.
