Goals for February 6-12th

Received my fitbit yesterday, and today has been all about testing it and seeing what my typical day looks like. It's only 2pm, but I have a pretty good idea of where my activity lies now.
My GOALS for Saturday, February 6th - Saturday, February 13th.
500 calorie differential
shakeology for breakfast daily.
Water intake: Between 80-100 oz (I am currently still bf my 2 yr old)
Yoga: minimum of 15 minutes for at least 4 days
Cardio: At least 2 hours total (for the week)
Betty Rocker's 30 Day #makefatcry challenge: Days 23 - 30
SPARKPEOPLE'S #skinnyjeanchallege: Days 2-10
Steps: 6,000 per day, (3 miles)
Floors: 10 floors per day
Meditation: 5 minutes minimum, daily.
Sleep: 7 hours
Habits: Cut back to 10 cigarettes per day, so I can plan quit day next week.
