Little weight lost

1200 calorie a day intake and exercising but the numbers are not moving. Whats the problem?

    If you are closely watching your calories and exercising, the scale will eventually move downward. Keep going. The last thing you want to do is throw in the towel.

    Could be too much sodium? Perhaps too few calories for the amount of exercise U R doing? Just keep going...and tweak your diet a bit and I am sure the LBS will start dropping. Just do not give up. Remember, this is a lifestyle...healthy lifestyle...not a quickie fad diet.

    If you are exercising and only eating 1200 calories may not be enough. Your body may be storing your food as fat because you not eating enough.

    Your gaining muscle and it could be water weight give it time you'll get there keep doing what your doing I was the same way
