I made it to day 100! My inner and outer focus was on the various meanings of the word "strength".

1) The quality or state of being physically strong.
2) The ability to resist being moved or broken by a force.
3) The quality that allows someone to deal with problems in a determined and effective way.

Power, force, energy, strength, and might mean the ability to exert effort. Strength applies to the quality or property of a person or thing that makes possible the exertion of force or the withstanding of strain, pressure, or attack.

Everyone has strength of all kinds. And everyone has the ability to tap into all of it in one way or another.

Everyone is capable of a strong mind, body and soul.
