Challenge Week #3 Recap...

As promised in my Week #2 recap, this one will be a short one since it's only been a couple days...

This week was much better... after starting Nutrisystem as planned, I lost just under 6 lbs. since Satruday... so when subtracted from my weigh-in last week, I "officially" had a 2 lbs. loss (since my gain wasn't reported last week d/t the broken scale).

Nutrition is on point... I'm following the NS eating plan perfectly, which is really helping me get my portion sizes back in check. Their guidelines are also giving me some nutrition ideas that I hadn't thought of, which variety is always a good thing when trying to make healthy food choices!

Fitness has been good as well... we have really kicked up my therapy since I'm in my last 2 weeks of it, so on days that I have P.T. I haven't been doing additional exercise. On my off days, I've been walking and doing strength exercises approved by my therapist at home. I'm up to walking 2 miles at a time, so I'm continuing to make good progress.

Motivation is at a high point., which is always helpful. I'm hoping that I can keep this up, especially after I start back to work next week!
