Day 1 -- February 15th, 2016

So here it is. Day 1 of 60 for InsanityMax30. Day 1 of 100 for 10k steps/no fanfiction/Paleo challenges. T-169 until I turn 40. Wow--that's a lot, huh? I plan to blog as much as I can (every day?) to track my exercise & eating on my way to reaching these goals.
So what happened today?

Exercise: Cardio Challenge, 33 min, 160/183, 393 calories. I did about 1/2 regular, 1/2 modified, maxed out at 16:40. I went hard, it felt good, I can see the progress I've made since the end of December.

I was good until I decided to have dessert at Fogo de Goao. The cheesecake was really good.
B-fast (post-workout): Chocolate Shakeology scoop + 1 cup almond milk + dash of cinnamon. 1 red, 1/2 yellow
Snack: ClifBar Crunch peanut butter--not clue where this falls
Lunch: 4-5 pieces of filet mignon (soo good!), 1 piece of chicken breast, raspberry cheesecake, sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, 2 mozzarella cheese balls, 1 oz rice + 1 oz. black beans, mixed greens
Snack: 1 serving Living Spoonful Sourdough sprouted raw crackers. 1 yellow

    Thats alot!! I do INSANITY myself and try to run every day. Plus i have a Total Gym i love! Good luck on ur challenges!
