Feeling kinda lost

I was supposed to start this 3 days ago, but it seems like things, life keeps getting in the way. I'm a stress eater and my life is extremely stressful right now. Top that off with the fact I work fast food, sticking to any kind of eating plan seems impossible. I have to find a way to get past those first few temptations. Maybe it will get easier.

    You can do it!! Focus on your grand baby and how you need to be around for her for many years to come! Write her name on your arm so that whenever you are tempted you will see her name and resist it.

    Just go one day at a time. When I started I started small. I started by writing everything down with just the times so I could make sure I wasn't eating too close together.. you can do it!

    You can do it! Surround yourself with positive quotes, photos anything that will make you want to stick to your goal!

    Anything worth having will require time, commitment and effort. Life can be very stressful by itself but the temptation that you face working in fast food is challenging but not impossible to overcome.

    Take one day at a time and try and find one thing you can change or eliminate each week to get you to a better healthier you. Small changes will add up if you stay consistent. Also, try and find an accountability partner(s) in your area who can offer support and meet up with you to go exercising with.

    Just remember that you are not alone just reach out for advice, suggestions and support when you need it.
