After looking back on this day I realized I need more freggies in my life. Dually noted.
Now go eat something that came out of the earth and enjoy it!
Breakfast: Grande Skinny vanilla latte and a TJs dark chocolate, peanut and almond bar
Lunch: Leftover steak fajita stew over 2/3 cups of rice and 2 cuties
Dinner: Hummus and veggie wrap, pickle spears and kettle chips. Unsweetened green tea to drink. Isn't my Wonder Woman glass awesome?
These are the veggies for my wrap!
Exercise: 40 minutes of cardio dance. Had no motivation to workout but did it anyway. Yay! Go me!
