Yesterday was a good Sparkly day--in spite of a mild spell outside and 23,000 tons of snow crashing off the steel roof--which had to be moved from the driveway and the walkway---
To-day I shall get out for a walk----in the sunshine--by myself----
Some of my best thoughts come when I exercise---
