So instead of going full on into this, I decided this week I will track. Track everything. I know what food I'm shoveling into my mouth but I'm not paying attention to the calories, carbs, etc. I want to be able to see what I'm doing, on paper. Er, computer.
once the week is done, I will have the ability to go back through and see what needs to be changed, remove some items (even if it's removing part of the item for now), replace items, and add items where need be.
It'll also give me the ability to see where my exercise activities are coming from and how much I'm doing.
I also think it's a good time to find my Spark Book.
I think if I can stick to this long enough, I'll fall back in love with exercising and eating well.
