Fit for summer!

Since before Christmas my eating patterns have been crazy (sweets, ice cream, crisps etc). I have continued with my exercise, though not as energetically as before, but I've gained about seven pounds and am feeling sluggish.
In July I'm going on holiday, and I want to get to my goal weight by then. To do that I'm going to restart eating properly and start intermittent fasting (eating between 11am and 7pm and fasting through the night).
I hope this works for me.
