So much for the mild weather from yesterday. It was snowy and cold all day. Oh well I still ate well and got my exercise on. Go me.

This is how Becca stays warm and cozy on cold snowy days.
Breakfast: Peanut butter and banana refrigerator oats and coffee. I ended up eating only half.
Lunch: Grilled cheese and avocado sandwich and a cup of butternut squash soup.
Hello my name is Mary and I have an avocado addiction. Again, I ate an entire avocado. Must learn portion control. It tasted sooo good but an entire avocado is almost 300 calories on it's own.
PS. My husband said he's getting me this shirt, lol. That's so me.
Snack: 2 cuties and string cheese.
Dinner: 2 molasses chicken drumsticks and a side of zoodles with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic and some herb goat cheese. My brain totally thought I was eating pasta. Yummy!
Exercise: 50 minute dance cardio DVD
Total Calories: 1,845 finally within my range. Woo hoo!

Not much to say except for this was a good day.
