I sure wish Sparks registered our weight losses in 1/2 pounds ... or for y'all with fancy scales ... in tenths. I chunked 1 1/2 pounds this Sunday weigh-in for a total of 45 1/2 pounds gone forever. I am on day 121 of being on track with food and exercise.
I feel really great ... no sugar, no white stuff ... other than popcorn, no processed foods, and tons and tons for vegetables. I am walking 4-5 times a week and drinking water, water, water.
Change your mind ... and the rest will follow. This has become my mantra, my battle cry. To be FIERCLY DETERMINED to stick to my plan. I deserve this.
