Chance04 has inspired me to make some monthly goals for March (read her blog and you'll be inspired too :-) So here goes. I'm keeping my goals to a doable 2.
1. In Feb I had 302 exercise minutes
. My MARCH goal is 1500 LOGGED fitness minutes!
2. Focus on micronutrients. Lower sodium, more Vit D, and more fiber (30 day fiber challenge).
That's it. Leap day is coming to an end and March 1 is full of promise!
