March Goals

Monday, February 29, 2016

Chance04 has inspired me to make some monthly goals for March (read her blog and you'll be inspired too :-) So here goes. I'm keeping my goals to a doable 2.

1. In Feb I had 302 exercise minutes emoticon . My MARCH goal is 1500 LOGGED fitness minutes! emoticon
2. Focus on micronutrients. Lower sodium, more Vit D, and more fiber (30 day fiber challenge).

That's it. Leap day is coming to an end and March 1 is full of promise!

SKINNYGIRLWANAB so proud of you for setting these. It's okay to have some goals that make you uncomfortable, my activity minute goal last month certainly did that for me.
You have 31 one days :) Go get it!!

2/2 LOG all my fitness (302 LOGGED minutes - I wasn't logging because it increased the cals I could eat- silly I know). In the bright light of morning it does feel ambitious, I admit. I'm going to go for it. If I fall short I'll try again.

Hi there! I'm going to use spark to track my fitness minutes. I've changed the setting so that the calories burned from my fitness minutes don't count againsty calories (does that make sense? Before working out equalled more food so I didn't 1/2

I believe in you! However I know for myself if I was going to jump from 302 to 1500 I would get very frustrated very quickly. So I have to ask how are you going to keep yourself accountable (mostly because I too want to work on my minutes and want advice)?
