Talk to your doctor about having a sleep study done. I am like you, and seldom get more than five hours sleep and that is not good solid sleep. I just had a sleep study done and found out I have sleep apnea. I am going tonight for another sleep study to be fitted for a Cpap machine. I really didn't think I had sleep apnea. I thought I was just getting older and had a lot on my mind, etc, so I was surprised with the diagnosis. You could have the same problem and not realize it. As a side note, I tried melatonin and all it did was give me nightmares. It didn't help at all. 1379 days ago
Have you tried taking melatonin? I use it frequently because I also have trouble sleeping. Doesn't make me feel drowsy at all the next morning. I'm also sensitive to sound, so sleep with earplugs to minimize the change of being waken up once I am asl 1379 days ago
