Happy March everyone

emoticon It's March, spring is going to be here soon..yahoo

My March plan is to get a better hold on my portions.... emoticon

I have done so well with exercise and not eating junk food ....BUT...

there is always a but....I am just over eating ...even when it's healthy foods you gain weight when you over eat... emoticon

I need to go back to measuring my foods, being more mindful of what is going in my mouth....

I am also doing more positive self talk.....as I walk I am thanking God for my strong body, mind and soul..........

It's easy to think about what I need to do better, but it's more productive to remind myself daily how far I have come....
I do much better with my eating when I tell myself how good I have done and how good I can do...

I have meet a lot of new people who are just amazed at my before and after photos....
at first I was embarrassed about it.....so now I am trying to be proud that I have lost 200+ pounds and have kept it off.. emoticon

I have to be accountable to myself but doing it in a positive way works for me....

I am strong, I am healthy and I have been blessed...Thank You God, thank you Spark People and thank you spark friends for all the support....
I still need support and encouragement every day....we all do...we all want to know we have done a good job....we don't have to be perfect but we need to do our best..

enough said...Love yourself....you are so worth it... emoticon
