Getting back on track

I got up at 7 and went for a run/walk. I was only able to do about 2 miles maybe slightly more. I got the cramps in my side and it was impossible to run any further. I tried a few different times thinking it was gone but as soon as I would get the heart rate back up the pain would come back. Then I had to use the bathroom so I said the heck with it and ran the last bit home. I ate a bowl of cereal and banana. I'm working on my first jug of water (52 oz) I'm sure with it being 93 degree's today it will be NO problem getting in atleast 104 oz of water in no time.

Have a friend from Colorado and her 2 kids coming over today and staying the night with us tonight. Need to wash some sheets and get Kiersten's room ready for our guest. Just making spaghetti and salad for dinner. Will have to go back to Walmart for more lettuce and maybe a few other things.

I better get moving on my chores, want to be done with as much as possible before it gets too hot inside the house. Its already 79 in here!!!
