Stronger

Ok, so I've lost almost no weight at all BUT I'm stronger and can work out longer and harder. Somethings happening eventhough the numbers on the scales aren't budging. Tomorrow I'm going to measure. It's so easy to become discouraged. I'm hoping as my metabolism heats up it'll start melting fat!
