BACK AGAIN

HELLO EVERYONE. SO THIS IS RHE FIRST OF MARCH AND I AM STILL 197 LBS. I HAD HOPE I WOULD BE OUT OF THE 190s BY NOW. I KNOW I AM TO BLAME BUT THAT DOES NOT HELP. WE HAVE HAD SOME BAD WEATHER. RAIN, WIND, SLEET AND SNOW. BUT THE LAST WEEK HAS BEEN BEAUTIFUL. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WALKING EVERYDAY. BUT I HAVE BEEN IN PAIN. I KNOW ONCE I GET STARTED I WILL FEEL BETTER. I AM MAKING A PROMISE TO MYSELF MARCH WILL BE A GOOD MONTH FOR ME HEALTH WISE. THOSE DR APPOINTMENTS WILL BE COMING UP. I FEEL LIKE I KEEP SAYING THE SAME THINGS AND NOTHING CHANGES. MY NEW GOALS FOR MARCH WILL BE 1) WALK AT LEAST5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 MIN AIMING FOR 60. 2) NO FAST FOOD , NO EXTRA SALT. AND 3) TRY AND HAVE A BETTER OUTLOOK.. THAT IS ALLL FOR NOW WISHING EVERYONE A SUCCESSFUL MONTH.

    "Still at 197"... Well, that sounds okay to me. I have been basically maintaining over the winter myself. I know the weather and other stuff pays a huge part. Sounds like you did well overall and now that the weather is improving, you can get out more and it also helps our moods too. I know I'm doing better now that the weather has more steadily been more springlike.

    Have you tried deep breathing. I read where most adults breath in less oxygen than they should and that doesn't help their metabolism of fat, as fat is removed from the body by oxidation to carbon dioxide. The more oxygen in the blood stream the better. Also, deep breathing helps circulate the fluid of the lymph glands to remove toxins from the body for better overall health.
    Breath deeply from the stomach, not the upper chest for several minutes each morning and evening to train the body to normally breath that way. Its the way babies breath before life causes them.

    Google "Youtube Deep breathing for weight loss" What you see or read will cause you to rethink your exercise program. One deep breathing routine of 15 minuted is worth 21 minutes of using the stationary bicycle

    Okay, new month, new start. That is the beauty of being human, you are free to make mistakes, but you are entitled to do overs when ever you need them. We are expecting 3-6 inches of rain in the next three days, so sounds like flooding times again. With things thawing up north this is not a good combination. I got 45000 steps in this weekend, and I am in major pain in my knees, but I had the opportunity to do a lot of walking. It was great. I would start up fast but by the end of the night I would be crawling. I knew that this week I won't have the chance to get the walking in. You can do it. Let's both have a great March! I have weight I gained the last two months working at the place that had junk food laying around. Now back to good eating and exercise. emoticon
