The last couple weeks have been amazing! I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks and I'm feeling wonderful. I still have a LONG way to go to meet my goal (I'm at 252 and want to be in the 130s), but I'm getting there. I think I have finally found something that works for me and that I can keep doing long term. I haven't been perfect (far from it!) but I'm making progress and that's what counts.
I can't wait to see what the future brings. I'm hoping to reach my goal weight in a little over a year...fingers crossed!
