Day 16: Finding My Rhythm

So, this is not just a weight-loss journey for me. I am finding what works to sustain a healthy lifestyle holistically. Meaning for me my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. I know that when I have issues in one of these areas, then it is reflected in each of these areas in one manner or another. So, I am learning to accept myself, find the drum that I walk best to, and become the best version of myself.
