Day 17: Plan Failure is not Total Failure

You may have set several plans for the day. Get up at 5 AM. Workout at 5:30 AM. Shower by 6:00 AM. Have breakfast by 7 AM. Head to work by 7:40 AM. Etc. However, if one of your plans does not happen due to circumstances, you are not a failure nor should you allow the remainder of your plans to flop or fail. Do as they instruct on some medications: If you missed (or skipped) your previous dose, pick back up on the next dose. Exchange "dose" with "plan" and keep on truckin'!! Choose Success!
