I am late in writing this month's goals...
It has been a very rough couple of weeks. I have not stuck to the program the way that I should. My son switched to homeschooling, due to be bullied relentlessly at school. That has been an adjustment. My mom had a stroke and a major surgery last week too. We have been all over the place.
Thankfully, both my son and my mom are doing better. I am still feeling a huge amount of stress, but I know I need to stick to the program.
My March goals are...
1. Get out of the 140's
I currently weigh 146.6. This may be a hard goal, but I'd like to be as close to 139 As possible, lol.
2. Find a good workout for my core.
I carry the bulk of my weight in my middle. I'd really love to have a waist again!
3. Find an outlet for my stress. This one is so important. I really need to get my stress in check.
I am hoping to achieve all three of these goal is the coming weeks!!! What are some of your March goals?
