Late post but better late than never. Thanks to CONFUSEDBIRD for the post on my page.
I'm loving the reminders and it really helps to keep me accountable and in check.
This week was ok food wise but no exercise in sight. Thanks to Rich for sharing his flu germs with me. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'm out of the woods and don't get the full blown flu.
Food Blog
Saturday
Breakfast: Eggs, beans, bacon and toast and OJ (not pictured)

Snack: Had a coconut fruit bar. Soooo good.

Lunch: Subway turkey on wheat and a serving of Skinny Pop Popcorn

Dinner: I was craving pizza and was trying to be good so I got this lean cuisine pizza bread. It was ok but didn't entirely get rid of by craving. Then I added to cuties since my freggie count for the day was super low

Dessert: Hazelnut crunch chocolate bar. Every time I go to Aldi's I have to pick these up. They are only 230 calories and delicious.

Exercise: None. Rich had been sick with the flu and I think my body was trying to fight it off. I was exhausted and couldn't even muster the energy for a walk or being upright for too long. Took lots of naps and started downing Airborne, Echinacea, zinc and vitamin C to help kick this thing.

Sunday
Brunch: Still not feeling 100% so I slept in and when I got up I made myself some eggs, bacon, tortillas and sliced tomatoes

Snack: Skinny Pop popcorn and some green tea

Dinner: Finally gave in to my pizza craving and ordered some pizza and a salad. I had these 3 pieces and 2 tiny corner pieces as I was putting the pizza away and 1/3 of the salad. I figured the salad would help me from overeating pizza and it worked out perfectly.

Snack: Multiseed crackers with soy sauce and wedge of laughing cow cheese.

Exercise: Zilch, spent the day on the couch with Rich watching bad TV.
