My heart rate monitor came in today

It's easy to use, and was interesting to see how high my heart rate got. I needed a watch for timing my dog walks, and this was in the price range I would have paid for just a watch so, score! We will call this my prize for losing my first 5% since my journey started.
It's so crazy that I slept 12 hours last night. That was a busy day I scheduled yesterday! I won't do that again for awhile. I have needed to go to the store since yesterday, and couldn't make it today. I ended the day a few calories shy of my minimum goal of 1200 calories. Letting it slide since I'm pretty diligent about keeping that minimum. Also since I wasn't up to making dinner, dinner was a quarter pounder without cheese, which has definitely satiated my hungry.
Gonna hit the hay early tonight. I really want to get started on my day a earlier tomorrow so I can get some planning and shopping done.
