Happy St. Patti's Day everyone!
Wow am I sore in my abs today! I thought the squats would have my leg hurting but turns out that my abs are feeling it way more. Hubby is sore too, more than me surprisingly. He did ask me if we were going to be progressing our exercise in time because he noticed we were going a little longer each time. I told him I had not intended to do that but that it was good we were going a bit longer each time. I told him I am just making sure we do stretching, abs and butt, then after that I try to find something fun to do. Last night I learned the lizard pose. A very good stretch! That was a new one for me.
Today, I need to clean the house and make an orange cake and whip up the frosting so I can frost it tomorrow. Tomorrow, I got to pick up my middle son for spring break, ice the cake and get my youngest son's dinner request ready...oh and wrap b-day gifts! Can't forget that! Two birthday's this weekend then one more in a few days. Then March will be done! Wow time is flying by.
I think I will try to get 2 bike sessions in a day that are shorter than doing one longer session. One in the morning before I leave, and one in the afternoon before hubby gets home. I will start with 15 minutes each. I was going to step on the scale today but chickened out. Not ready yet.
Looks like the wind has died down a bit. Black bean burgers with salad is on tonight's menu. On with the day!
