Motivation for the 2016 Spring 5 % challenge

The assignment today had to do with motivation. 10 reasons why I want to lose weight. This isn't easy, but here we go.
1. I want to feel less pain. Losing weight will put less pressure on my joints.
2. Better mobility.
3. Lower blood pressure,
4. Lower Cholesterol
5. Improved endurance.
6. Better posture.
7. Better performing digestive system.
8. More clothing options
9 Better balance.
10. Easier travel
Tomorrow we have a trainer coming to our home to evaluate our dog situation. Our homework will definitely impact how i deal with scheduling my days. I'm excited to learn more about keeping my pack balanced and happy.
Finally did the 12 minute seated core workout video. I was expecting to only get through the first 5 minutes, but using the lower intensity modifications I made it through the whole 12 minutes!
