Focus T25 Day 12 - Alpha

Hi everyone!
Today was Focus T25 Day 12, I did Lower Focus! Man, my legs were BURNING! It's basically a ton of lunges and squats with a couple minor things mixed in... for a straight 25 minutes. I had to stop halfway through to do a couple of minutes of stretching my legs so that they weren't so tight, but then I was able to finish up strong after that. The only thing I don't like about this workout is that it got a bit boring since it was a lot of the same moves, unlike the other workouts that have several different types of moves and is always changing.
Tomorrow is a rest day and then Monday is a stretch day. I'm looking forward to weighing and measuring myself Tuesday morning once a full two week cycle is complete to see what physical changes there are. I'm already loving the increase in endurance, stamina, mood, etc.
