Illness, been going through a rough time wanting to work out but could not feeling 100 now thinking should start back slowly at home for about a week then start back at gym any ideas I would love to hear them. Wishing everyone the best be blessed

    Welcome back, friend! Working out at home is what I do. I put on music and set a timer, and pick a new move every minute. Works for cardio and strength. Very effective and fun. And you can work in smaller increments if needed.

    I workout at home and do my wii fit. I can relax and don't feel anyone is watching good luck.
