Rule number 1 of working out, never skip Monday.
One of my Facebook friends posts something to this effect every Monday. It rings very true to me. I have to face that weekends are going to be challenging for me. No excuses, but this weekend I did not adhere strictly to plan. Remembering to never skip Monday fitness I think is going to be key in my long term success.
I scheduled an appointment with my doctor for Friday, in order to get trigger point injections. It's been awhile since I was well enough to get them done. Hopeful they will keep the pain in check so I can keep banging out exercise for the 2016 Spring 5% challenge. I got my team assignment today, Tiger Monarchs! Such an awesome name. I'm really excited to see what we can accomplish.
