My body is super sensitive to carbs. In the evening last night I made spaghetti squash with sauce and since my middle son is living here and complains I never serve carbs with meals I decided to make a whole grain bread on the side. I read the counts on the side to be sure I could eat it too and I could. And after dinner I had a piece of his banana bread I made. All that shot my blood sugar up to almost 300 2 hours after. My fasting today was 178, so I am glad it went down.
I ate the way my body needs the rest of the day. Eggs with salsa and salad for the other two meals. And apples for snacks. Walked.
