10 lb Loss!!

When I started this journey (again) on January 4th, I tried to be as realistic as I could with my goals. I wanted to lose 12 lbs by April 2nd. I gave myself a goal of losing 1lb a week. I started out with a 30 day challenge but only got to Day 19 due to throwing out my back. Then I bought a fitbit and just tracked my steps. I continued to lose weight but was getting away from the curve. I needed to get back on track. 11 days ago, I decided to change my diet. Then I added in exercise on top of the diet change last week. It's amazing how much your body could change in 11 days.
I'm back on track! Two weeks to go and 2 lbs left!! I got this. Next goals are an additional 5 lbs by Memorial Day. But more details on that after I complete this goal.
