Day 15 of Focus T25

Today is Day 15 of Focus T25, and I did my workout - Total Body Circuit!! This is a big deal for me because bouncing back from "rest" days is really hard for me. When I'm on a workout plan I'm able to stay on track but add in a "rest day" and I get lazy and have a hard time snapping back into it. Does anyone else have that problem? I try to label it in my head that I'm not on a "rest" day and instead it's just another day on the program, one where I am recovering and I try to get some light exercise in like a walk or something, but still my brain sticks its tongue out at me when it's time to jump back into the swing of things. But today, I am the conqueror!
I had a hard time keeping my head in my workout - at times the transitions just got to me and I just didn't want to be doing the workout (even though I really like this one). Plus my stomach was hurting due to PMS, which made the cardio and crunching movements slightly painful while I was doing them. But as I was laying on the floor delaying my next move I reminded myself: "you're going to rewind and do this section anyway, and the whole rest of the workout, might as well just do it the first time around so you can move on with your night." After I realized that, I found a way to make the rest of the workout more enjoyable, and 5 minutes later my focus was on and I was sweating and feeling good.
I'm excited to take on the third week of this program and can't wait to feel how much stronger I am at the end of this week!
