Patience has never been my forte. It's interesting that is what my dog training homework is focused on. It's nice that we are working on it together, the dogs and I. We are working on a "down stay". I'm supposed to throw in some distractions, so I got in a few sumo squats that I didn't count in my exercise totals for today...hehe.

After my rest day yesterday for the plank challenge, I did 45 seconds today. Don't get me wrong, it is still hard, but it sure didn't take the effort that it took to get to the 30 second mark. Once I do the 45 seconds for three days it jumps up to 1 minute, the biggest jump in the challenge so far. I'm slowly getting to the point where I can get up from the ground with at list a smidgeon of dignity. This was a huge goal for me, to be able to get up on my own after a fall. I'm glad I've been working on it, as this Saturday will be my first venture into a Yoga class in probably 10 years.

Goals for today.
