... you will get what you have always gotten. I have lost a kajillion pounds over the years ... but alas not kept them off.

I am on my way down ... again. I am on day 146 of being on track with food and exercise. Dang, do I feel great. Now to stay with it until I reach my goal. And according to Sparks ... that could be the end of this year ... 2016!!!!
