5% weight loss goal, lose 14.9 lbs in 8 weeks
Goal weight on 5/21/16 : 283.7
In order to reach this challenge goal I will need to lose an average of 1.9 lbs a week for the next 8 weeks!
Continue to eat between 1200 and 1700 calories a day.
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day.
Exercise a minimum 60 minutes of fitness per day (stretching and walking)
Exercise 120 minutes a day at least 3 days per week
Follow the following schedule for exercises over the minimum
Monday and Friday : strength training ( particularly core strength )
Tuesday and Thursday : cardio training
Wednesday and Saturday : yoga
Sunday : rest
Phone appointment with Kaiser wellness coach at least twice during the challenge. First appointment is scheduled for The afternoon of April 4th,
