iron woman i am not

Adding iron to my diet???
I am taking the pills, but they turn my stomach into a wild adventure. and not a fun one!
Any suggestions?
I am tired at all the wrong times, such as when I should be working out.
I need energy and I do not want the fake canned kind or the kind in pill form.

    I use and iron melt from bariatriceating.com It does not cause me any stomach problems and it can be taken with your calcium unlike the pills. Check it out on the website, it may be just what you need.

    I was surprised that chickpeas are high in iron. I like them in stew, chili, and soup. Enjoy!!!

    I am sure you track your nutrients and I am not aware of your personal health - maybe its not Iron you need ? Have you had your thyroid checked ? Or perhaps a probiotic would help as well .
