Just Doing It!

For the longest I have started an exercise program only to slowly give it up. Since getting a Fitbit that has changed. I strive to move my body every hour of the day. I focus on getting enough sleep and most importantly eating right. Combining my Fitbit with Spark People has been life changing. My resting heart rate has gone from 90 to 74 in just a couple weeks. I don't feel hungry, I look forward to trying new Spark People recipes weekly. The exercise videos are just what I need when I can't get out due to bad weather or when I just want to be alone doing a workout. My overall mood and feelings about myself changed when I decide to, as Nike put it "Just Do It!"
