The thing is....

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

The thing is, somehow by planning a week's worth of meals, and shopping for the supplies needed for those meals, and then actually preparing and EATING those meals, a person can feel more in control, better in fact - more energy, more positivity, more.. yea.

Four days does not a breakthrough make, but it sure beats the heck out of attempting and failing over and over. I'll take it, and keep going with it.

Four days is the start of a streak! I'm a planner, but when it comes to food, I am lucky if I can prepare for about a week. So, good for you!

I find it overwhelming to try and prepare for a whole week, especially with two young kids at home that I dont know what one day holds from another and what we will be doing. I do try to shop outside isles mostly so I know i'm making healthy choices. I wish I could be more organized and prepared like you! GOOD JOB!
