The thing is, somehow by planning a week's worth of meals, and shopping for the supplies needed for those meals, and then actually preparing and EATING those meals, a person can feel more in control, better in fact - more energy, more positivity, more.. yea.
Four days does not a breakthrough make, but it sure beats the heck out of attempting and failing over and over. I'll take it, and keep going with it.
