3-30-16 (day 150)

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

I was so tired and sore today when I got up this morning. I did get up before my alarms went off so that is a good thing. I really didn't feel like exercising today. I gave myself a goal of one hour on my bike total and gave myself a bonus challenge of making it to 90 minutes total. Well, I have gotten my hour in on the bike today so emoticon ! I think I might be able to get another 30 minutes in later in the evening after dinner maybe. I want to get that extra time in because tomorrow is yet another birthday. My oldest son's birthday is tomorrow and has the day off and plans on hanging out over here, which will be nice. I give myself permission to not bike tomorrow but give myself the bonus challenge of fitting in 30 minutes of biking tomorrow.

Now, my oldest son has picked some healthy things and not healthy things for his birthday meals. I got the idea to puree white beans into one of the things to add protein into the dish with out him realizing. And another idea I need to re-shop for is sugar free jello to make a jello cake that he wants for his birthday cake. He also wants milk which I will say they can have them but I will pass. Should be ok for me that day. Not so much of a temptation day.

I am proud of myself for pushing through that first hour of biking today and ultra proud of myself for yesterdays ride of over 2 hours! I am trying to come up with a routine that will work for me as far as food and exercise go. I had one a couple years ago and it worked for me very well. I got down to 189 on that routine. I know I was doing 60-90 minutes a day of biking. I think I remember the eating routine. Not jumping into something just trying to ease back into it.

Gosh April is just around the corner. Time flies! emoticon emoticon emoticon
