Trying Yoga Again

I rejoined my former health club because there are more options with classes than at my current one. Another six-month membership; we'll see how it goes.

Anyhow, yesterday I arrived at 10 a.m. thinking I was going to do a "mixed zumba" class but instead a new schedule was in place and there was a yoga class scheduled. So even though I hadn't done yoga in quite a while, I decided to stay for it. Surprise, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, and this morning I have no leftover aches or pains. So I'm going to try to incorporate yoga into my routine, along with step and zumba. Strength training? Only if I force myself. I'll do some weights here at home instead.

Spent the evening watching a few of the presidential candidates' interviews on MSNBC and then had enough at 10 p.m. and lost myself in "Chicago PD." Good for escapism.
