Wow! March was a rough month for me personally. I spent two weeks out of town caring for my mother after she went through surgery and suffered from a stroke, found out my position at work is being eliminated in June due to budget cuts, and struggled with some health issues of my own.
Needless to say, I fell a bit short in reaching my March goals. Therefore, I will carry two of them over to April. This will be a better month!
1.) Goal weight - 135. I currently weigh 140.4, I can do this!
2.) Core, Core, Core
3.) stress management
