I have learned even though it is healthy u can eat to much of it. I am losing but only because I am watching the amount I am eating. Serving size is everything #!

    You nailed this right on the head...portion size...I'm using baby bowls and small plates..it helps to trick your eye that the plate is full even if it's a baby one! emoticon emoticon

    I agree. My digital scale, setting on the kitchen counter, keeps me honest and has contributed to my weight loss more than the body scale in the bedroom. Portion size is the secret! emoticon
