Keeping it Off

This is my first post, tho Ive been lurking and making comments. I love that others are trying to maintain it are on their journey. I'm working to keep off 35# I lost in 2012. It's not easy. DH is maintaining an 85# loss, and gets more calories per day than I do. It's very tempting, but it's a lifestyle change and I must resist. I try not to beat myself up on days I indulge or holidays when there's food on every table. We CAN do this! Thanks for reading!!

    OK, so it's almost 3 months later, and I haven't lost an ounce. I hurt my knee last month, so getting out of the house is a chore. I finally got some work, and I forgot how sitting in a chair all day was such a killer. I mean - who stocks their offices with those peanut-butter filled pretzels? On the other side, it's a long walk to the ladies' room!
