Ok, going to work the scheduled exercise I came up with yesterday. 90 minutes 4 times a week 60 minutes one time a week 2 days off. Minutes to = cardio on bike.

I am 25 minutes into biking today so far and must get going for now. I stretched 10 minutes before to help the pain in my hip and leg. Will do more stretching. So the challenge today is to stay on task with the 90 minutes + extra stretching.
