Actually no wait..
I'm UP about 5lbs. It seems like I NEVER go down lower than this weight.. if I do.. it's for like.. a day or four.. and then BOOM ... right back up
I think my body wants me to take it. but NOPE. so not.
Yes.. there are inches lost. YES I have a ton of muscle tone..
but it sure is nice to see the scale fall down
and now I have all the lovely clothes I USED to fit from my storage staring at me.. because well.. they don't fit anymore...
but they will.. OH they will.
I've been working out twice a week-ish...
My energy is OFF the chain
My ability to move is unquestionable. I pop up and go with my little one ALL the time
that dadgum scale tho.. because it wasn't moving I left a LOT of the challenge groups. I've adjust calories.. i've adjusted carbs.. i've adjusted fat..it's just .. I dunno. I'm not willing to try medication just yet, but I am considering shakeology.
I'm about to have a visit from my heart song in June so I'm CRUSHING the gym 5 days a week until I get to see him
yep. I'm petty. AND.. My initial start date was the end of May, I'd like to finish with at least 50lbs down.. at LEAST that..and I think thats reasonable.
I'm eating pretty much the same thing all the time because it's simple and easy.. coffee breakfast with atkins bar.. salad lunch... and meat and veggies dinner.
I'll be adding a couple of sweet treats but that's it. I AM excited to say that I did get my two bff's on board with me and the support we have for each other is OUTSTANDING. I love it. I really understand how great support is.
I'm doing an ab challenge and a squat challenge (again, working out.. no problem..) the scale moving... PROBLEM...
I'm actually not weighing at all the month of April. If I don't reduce this month.. I'm buying a new scale! lol
