"Pain is inevidable... but Misery is a choice!"

I signed up to be a coach for this semester's Youth program called "In The Lead", which my company supports! intheleadcalgary.com/the
-program/

I have ALWAYS wanted to be a big sister... so I thought this opportunity would be a stepping stone to that.

It has been an interesting journey so far... attending the trainings and talking with the other coaches! However, my young leader seems only a small bit engaged by the whole process (or maybe she's just in it for the credits?!?) She has only supplied me with an email address to contact her, and when I do email her... I do not get a response for days, sometimes not at all!

Apparently in this program, that is very normal behavior... which is hard for me to accept!
I'm slightly discouraged... However, I have to go forward knowing that whatever amount of time she makes for me, is what she needs... (I need to let go of my EGO and wanting to make this huge, monumental impact in her life... and know that, when the time is right, that COULD happen, but now many not be that time!)

The class started off with this video, I want to share it... it is SO GOOD!

Which at many moments almost had me in tears! Oh So Inspiring!!! And her story resonates with me too...

I don't have much to say on the weight loss front.(138.5ish). My fitness (Zumba) is still banging... but I guess I'm not doing the best with planning my calories, etc... because I can't seem to lose these last 5-10 pounds! I would love to get to 130 by the summer!!!

I also know that since Joe lost his job and him staying in bed longer then me in the morning, makes me also not want to get up to eat an early breakfast, which I *KNOW* was one of the key's to my weight loss success in the past! This week I HAVE been eating some breakfast BEFORE I get to work... but maybe NOT the right foods that I should be eating.

Hi there!!!! I can't believe I actually found a familiar face! After being away for 4 years......4 freaking YEARS! I put on more weight, but I think I've FINALLY found the key to loosing weight. It's actually eating.....yeah - eating 5-6 small meals a day. I'm feeling on fire now! putting the right kinds of foods in my body at the right times are actually making a difference in how I feel! Anyway - I just wanted to let you know that I was back!!!!
