Snowing here. And I am not in such a bad mood. But still not sleeping well. Three nights in a row. My blood sugar is showing the effects on my body with my fasting bsl at 208 this morning. I have been really watching my foods and putting in my exercise. Come May I will ask the doctor if I can up my insulin. Since he changed what medications I take he gave me a set unit limit to not go over. He wants to see what the shift in meds does to my blood sugar. They went up and are hard to control- hint hint. Frustrating for me because that means doctors visits more often. I had gone a year and half? doing 6 month visits. That was a big success for me after years of 3 month checks. Now I am thinking it will get knocked back down to 3 months.

Well today I decided to switch out my exercise schedule. I have my 4 days a week at 90 minutes a day done. I was to do 60 minutes today then have Saturday and Sunday off. Well, I really feel I will not find the time today to bike since I will be out of town from 7:15 a.m. to 10 p.m. So, I will take today off and do the hour tomorrow. Then take Sunday off too. Monday I will re-evaluate my biking times and days. I may or may not change things up. The goal is to keep 60 minutes a day, 420 minutes total a week. How I block that up...not sure yet. May stay the same.
