I haven't been on here much as i found something that works for me. I gave up grains altogether. In doing that i have so far lost 36 pounds! I have a great online support group. I still use sparkpeople for weighing / measuring charts and exercise videos for strength training. I am enjoying my weight loss journey and i wish you all well in finding what works for you :)
